Once we are equipped to begin providing services, we’ll establish a communication plan to introduce our association to your team.


4) INTEGRATE

During the Integration Stage, our team quickly develops an understanding of your HR processes and current compliance status by conducting an assessment of HR functions and practices to identify potential risks and determine immediate priorities. We then introduce your employees to the new system and educate them on how to leverage our support.


5) EVOLVE

Following service implementation, our team operates on a regularly scheduled check-in cycle to ensure service quality and alignment of our scope with your current and evolving business needs.   • Employees remain employed by the Cllient throughout the engagement.
  • Mention of Client company's name on Employee paychecks.
  • Source vendors and payroll service providers whose scope of services match your unique culture and needs.
  • We work seamlessly with the payroll service provider of Client's choice as well, 
  • Coordinating with your payroll service provider to ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing, accrual and reporting of earnings, deductions, paid time off, and year-end reporting for single-state and multi-state companies.
  • Administer the implementation of a new payroll and HR technology systems. 


5) Policy Implementation: 

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures, that align with the organizational goals and culture also ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


6) Leave - Attendance Management System: 

  • Attendance System: Implementing systems to track and manage employee attendance, including time recording, timesheet management, and handling absence requests.
  • Handling employee leave requests, tracking leave balances, and managing the overall leave management process.
